INGREDIENTS
The ingredients you use in baking, especially the flour, will absolutely affect your experience and your end result.
All of the recipes in my cookbook were tested with gfJules gluten free all-purpose blend, which I highly recommend! I have tested with lots of different flour blends, and this one outperforms the others for yeast breads/rolls every time.
If you prefer to make your own flour or cannot tolerate certain ingredients in gfJules, my homemade flour blend on page____ will work as well.
