I made the gluten-free rolls. They were so soft and delicious. I do have a couple of questions. It took a long time to rise. The rolls did not brown on top. I added the powdered milk, but only cooked till done, about 17 mins. Should I have cooked them a little longer? I was afraid to over cook. I will definitely make again.
