  • Lightly grease a 9x13" pan. A short spritz of cooking spray or a quick brushing of butter will do.
  • In a large pot, melt butter and 15 oz marshmallows over medium heat. Stir frequently until everything is melted and smooth. Remove from heat.
  • Stir in vanilla and 1 cup marshmallows, then add gluten free crispy rice cereal until evenly combined.
  • Spread mixture into prepared pan, patting down gently with a lightly greased spatula.
  • Let sit for 20 minutes to make it easier to cut. Store any leftovers wrapped in plastic wrap, or in an airtight container.

Notes

  • For dairy free, use an alternative in stick form.
