If your kids like pizza, then they'll love these easy-to-make Pizzadillas! All the fun of pizza with the simplicity of a quesadilla...perfect for after school snack or an easy lunch.
2tablespoonsPrepared MarinaraAlfredo, or other pizza sauce
1Tablespoonoil for frying
TOPPING IDEAS
¼cupmeat: pepperonicanadian bacon, grilled chicken or steak;
¼cupveggies: Finely chopped zucchinisliced olives, spinach, red onion, any color bell peppers, thinly sliced mushrooms
⅓cupshredded cheese: pizza blendmozzerella, or even cheddar works great
Instructions
Place a tortilla on a plate or cutting board.
Spread sauce of choice evenly over tortilla and sprinkle with half of the cheese.
Layer whatever toppings you want and sprinkle with more cheese.
Heat oil in a large skillet just under medium heat. When it's up to temp, carefully place prepared Pizzadilla in the skillet. Cover and cook until tortilla is a golden brown underneath and cheese has begun to melt. Watch it carefully! Carefully flip and finish cooking, uncovered, until cheese is melted and other side is a light golden brown.
Remove from heat, slice, and enjoy!
