Ingredients

  • 16 gluten free pretzel sticks I use Snyder's
  • 16 mini Reese's peanut butter cups unwrapped
  • about ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips for melting
  • Halloween sprinkles optional

Instructions

  • Pour chocolate chips into a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on 50% power for 30 seconds, then stir thoroughly. If they’re not completely melted, microwave at 50% power for 15 second increments, stirring after each, until melted.
  • For each witch’s broom, dip one end of a gluten free pretzel stick into the melted chocolate so about ½ inch is covered in a thick layer of chocolate.
  • Immediately press the chocolate-dipped end gently into the bottom of a mini Reese’s cup. You won’t be inserting the pretzel rod, just indenting it a little bit so they will stick together.
  • Sprinkle Halloween sprinkles over the chocolate on finished pretzels while the chocolate is still soft.
  • Allow the chocolate to harden completely before serving so the broom sticks don't break apart.

Notes

Store witch’s brooms in an airtight container at room temperature. These keep pretty well so they’re easy to make ahead, which is great for parties!
All Reese’s Cups, including mini Reese’s cups, are gluten-free, with the exception of seasonal shapes such as ghosts, pumpkins, or trees, which are not gluten-free.
I recommend Snyder's gluten-free pretzels
