If you like chocolate, then you're going to loooove this cool and refreshing version of a chocolate cream pie! This is a show-stopping dessert that takes less than 20 minutes to make, but will have everyone asking for seconds.
Any or all of the followingbe sure they're gluten free: Whipped cream, caramel sauce, hot fudge or chocolate sauce, chocolate shavings
Instructions
Thaw the ice cream 5-10 minutes until it is soft, but not melted.
Scoop all the ice cream into the pie crust.
Freeze until firm.
Let the pie sit on the counter for 5-10 minutes before serving so it is easier to slice.
Use a sharp knife dipped in hot water to slice the pie. Once it is on serving plates, add a dollop of whipped cream, caramel sauce, chocolate sauce or hot fudge sauce, and chocolate shavings.
