Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix with a hand mixer (or stand mixer) on low just until well combined.
Notes
Store honey butter in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. If you keep it in the fridge, it will last for up to 6 weeks but you'll need to bring to room temp before serving so it is soft enough to spread. You can also freeze honey butter for up to 6 months. Variations:Cinnamon Honey Butter: Add ½ teaspoon cinnamon with the other ingredients.Brown Sugar Pecan Honey Butter: Once you've mixed the honey butter, stir in ¼ cup finely chopped pecans and sprinkle with brown sugar.Orange Honey Butter: Add 1 teaspoon of orange zest and 1 tablespoon orange marmalade with the other ingredients.
