Ingredients
1 ¼cupmilkthe higher the fat content, the creamier your lassi will be
1cupplain Greek yogurt
20frozen strawberries
1Thoneyor other sweetener to taste
Instructions
Add ingredients to blender in the order listed. Blend until smooth and serve immediately.
If you want a thicker lassi, add more frozen strawberries. If you want it thinner, add milk until you get the consistency you want.
Serve immediately.
Notes
You can use any sweetener you want, or leave it out all together. Honey, monk fruit, stevia, coconut sugar, or even plain old white sugar will work just fine.
