- ¼ cup gluten free flour mix I recommend Ryze yellow bag or Bob's Red Mill 1:1
- 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- Dash or 2 of salt
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- ¼ cup milk any kind will work
- 1 Tablespoon neutral tasting oil I used avocado
- 1 egg beaten OPTIONAL-you can leave this out to make the recipe allergen free/egg free
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla optional
- 1 T chocolate chips optional. If making dairy free, be sure to use dairy free such as Enjoy Life Foods
In a 10 oz mug, stir together flour, cocoa, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until smooth.
Microwave for 2 minutes on full power.
Let cool for 1-2 minutes, top with your favorite toppings (if you want) and enjoy!
