Ingredients

I recommend Ryze yellow bag or Bob's Red Mill 1:1

Dash or 2 of salt

sugar

milk
any kind will work

neutral tasting oil
I used avocado

beaten OPTIONAL-you can leave this out to make the recipe allergen free/egg free

Instructions
In a 10 oz mug, stir together flour, cocoa, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until smooth.
Microwave for 2 minutes on full power.
Let cool for 1-2 minutes, top with your favorite toppings (if you want) and enjoy!
