Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten free chicken broth
  • 1 package 2 oz Vivian's Live Again Creamy Chicken Flavor Soup Mix
  • 1 Tablespoon butter or dairy free substitute
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Pour chicken broth into a small saucepan.
  • Whisk in Vivian's Live Again soup mix.
  • Heat over medium, whisking frequently for a few minutes until it reaches a gravy-like consistency.
  • Reduce heat to low and add the butter, whisking until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and serve immediately. Refrigerate any leftovers.

Notes

Vivian's cream chicken soup mix is gluten-free and dairy-free but does contain soy. If you need a soy-free alternative, you can try using Full Flavor Foods. I haven't tested this recipe using Ful Flavor Foods yet, so let me know how it tastes!
My favorite dairy free butter substitute is Melt.
