Happy weekend everyone, and welcome to Savoring Saturdays!

Another week has sped past! It was cool and rainy the whole week so we soaked up those rare moments of sunshine, snuck in a quick mow of the front lawn, and now the back looks like a jungle haha! The forecast says a few more days and we should be back in the sun-Hooray for sunshine!

Meanwhile, I took advantage of our inside time and started playing around with a muffin recipe. Have you tried the big bakery muffins from Costco? They’re my fav. They seriously can’t be beat so I set out to replicate them because, you know, they have gluten :( No worries though, we’ll make our own! The first batch was a HUGE success and everyone had to have 1 in their lunch the next day. In fact, my oldest came home complaining because he only had 1. So stay tuned for this recipe, it is coming and you don’t want to miss it!

On to the Party!
