Have you heard of Rebecca’s Gluten Free? It’s a new company featuring fresh ideas for gluten free products.

The kids chose to try the pumpkin spice first and it was a huge hit. We are a bit picky when it comes to how pumpkin goods are flavored, and I have to say that Rebecca nailed it with this one. The flavor is impeccable and the texture is good as well.

We also tried the Coconut cookies. They, too, were very fast and easy to mix up and had a great flavor. Even my husband, who doesn’t like coconut, was a fan of these.

A few things I like about Rebecca’s Gluten Free products:

  1. All of Rebecca’s Gluten Free cookie mixes test at 2.5 ppm gluten. FDA regulations for gluten free products is 20 ppm or less.
  2. None of the cookie mixes contain soy. Thank heavens!
  3. It’s nice to have a quick treat to mix up without worrying about a lot of ingredients.

Check out Rebecca’s Gluten Free to learn more and for the ingredients list.

Disclosure: Rebecca’s Gluten Free provided these products free of charge for me to try, review, and give away. All opinions are my own.

I’m new to healthier eating and one of my weakness is cookies. I think anything chocolate looks amazing and the lemon ones look delicious as well.

I’d try any cookie once, but I’d love to try and make nutty thumbprint cookies, lemon sugar, & chocolate crinkle!
